Our staff will help you choose a room.  However, if you know which room you would prefer, please list it below.  In addition, we generally do not change the set-up of rooms.  If you have special needs, please list them.


By submitting this form, I agree to the following:

  • Groups will not be permitted to use the facility if the mission or content of the event contradicts the mission, values, or doctrine of the UMC.
  • Outside groups who represent a business or who plan to have children on the property are required to submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to being scheduled.  After you submit this form, email your certificate to  
  • Groups will be expected to clean up after their event to cut down on custodial costs.  This may involve wiping tables, taking trash that accumulated during your event outside, and potential a mop/vacuum.  Groups should pre-plan who will help with clean-up.
  • In the event of inclement weather when the church closes, all outside gatherings are canceled as well.  We make every effort to avoid this, but if the property is not safe for access or if the local school district is closed for weather, then our buildings may be closed.
  • A fee may be charged for your event if it occurs outside our regular office hours, requires extra custodial support, or requires technical support.
  • Smoking and alcohol are not permitted on the property.
  • Room set-up is generally not changed for events as it requires extra facility support.  Groups are expected to leave furniture and all church property where it is.  
  • Outside groups using the facility agree to allow our pastor or their representative to welcome your group and provide an invitation to return.  If your group wants to include it, they can pray for your gathering but it is not required.
